I went on an area journey of a bit over two hours, first northwest of Morgan Hill within the Coyote Valley then West of city on some quieter residential streets. After warming up I did a brisk tempo journey of over an hour, then completed up with some intervals and quick hill climbs. I felt effective after so I believe that is the correct amount for me for a tougher day. Within the afternoon I wanted a haircut so I took my vado e-bike there and again, posted right here.
